HOMEPORT.
The smart landing pad. A marked, solar-powered, signal-boosting home base for every drone that flies to you — on the lawn, the roof or the flight line.

Why Homeport
Drones learned to fly to you.
They still land on a doormat.
Delivery drones drop onto lawns. Inspection fleets return to tarps weighted with bricks. Homeport replaces the improvised landing zone with a fixed, powered, machine-readable point on earth — a home port.

A target machines trust
The fiducial core is rated for optical acquisition from 120 m. X2 pairs it with an RTK broadcast, so the drone lands on coordinates, not luck.
Runs on daylight
A 28 W solar skin and 99 Wh buffer keep X2 lit, heated and online through 11 dark days. S1 runs a month on a charge.
Strong link where it matters
Ground level is where multipath kills command links. The relay fin amplifies C2 traffic exactly where the drone descends.
Every landing on record
Load cells confirm weight on deck. The pad logs aircraft, time and weather to the app and the fleet API.
How a landing works
Approach to confirmed touchdown, in four moves.
The drone calls ahead
An inbound aircraft announces itself over MAVLink or the fleet API. The halo switches to approach pattern; the deck de-ices if it needs to.
The pad answers with coordinates
X2 streams its RTK-corrected position and live surface wind — a landing waypoint accurate to 2 cm.
Optics take over
Inside 120 m the drone's camera acquires the fiducial core and flies the optical glide slope down.
Weight on deck, logged
Load cells confirm the landing. The owner is notified, the record is written, the halo returns to idle.
S1 is a passive target: steps 03–04 work with any drone that flies visual precision landing. X2 adds the radio conversation.
Inside the X2
Seven layers. No moving parts.
Everything a dock does with robotics, Homeport does with layers — printed, laminated and sealed into a 38 mm slab.
- 01Fiducial deckUV-stable print on polycarbonate. Replaceable skin.
- 02Solar laminate28 W mono-PERC cells wrapping the marking ring.
- 03De-ice film60 W resistive layer clears frost and snow dust.
- 04Antenna ring8-element amplifying array — 2.4/5.8 GHz C2 relay + LTE.
- 05Core boardMulti-band RTK GNSS, IMU, load sensing, eSIM.
- 06Battery99 Wh LiFePO₄ buffer — 11 days of dark-sky reserve.
- 07ChassisGlass-fiber tub, IP67. Stake, bolt and ballast mounts.
Two versions
S1 ships first. X2 is the endgame.
Same footprint, same mounts, same deck language. S1 proves the landing point; X2 makes it talk to the aircraft.

The raise
We sell the landing layer, not the dock.
A drone dock costs $20,000+, needs trenched power and a service contract, and serves one aircraft. Homeport is not a dock — no charging arms, no enclosure, no HVAC. Stripping the robotics is what lets a solar smart pad ship at a consumer price and install in an afternoon.
S1 builds the brand and the install base at $429. X2 carries the margin, the subscriptions and the fleet API. Drone delivery is live or announced in city after city on our own tracker — every porch, roof and yard inside those zones is a landing point nobody has claimed.
Forward-looking targets, not an offer of securities. Figures are planning estimates for the X2 program.
FAQ
The questions everyone asks.
Will my drone land on it?
Yes. S1 is a passive precision target — any aircraft that flies visual precision landing (most modern DJI, Skydio and PX4 craft) can use it, and every drone can simply land on it. X2 adds the radio side: MAVLink today, DJI PSDK as an integration target.
Can it charge my drone?
No, and that's deliberate. Charging means arms, actuators and enclosures — a $20,000 dock. Homeport is the fixed, powered, machine-readable landing point. Swap batteries yourself, or keep your dock elsewhere.
Do I need permission to install one?
On your own ground or roof, no FAA approval is required — it's equipment, not an aerodrome. Check HOA and landlord rules for roof mounts. The halo stays within consumer luminaire limits.
What about rain, snow and night?
X2 is IP67 with pass-through drainage, a 60 W de-ice film and an LED halo for night approaches. S1 is IP55 and relies on the aircraft's own lighting.
Does X2 need my Wi-Fi?
No. LTE Cat-M with eSIM is built in, first year included. BLE and the app handle setup; everything except notifications keeps working offline.
Is the pre-order refundable?
Fully, until the day your unit ships. The X2 reservation is refundable any time and locks the target price.
